Sure, this one too: http://lwn.net/Articles/560857/ .  ;-)

I’m aware of OSTree.  It seems to share some of the goals of Nix & Guix,
but not all (for instance, the blog entry linked above reads “OSTree […]
only handles filesystem trees; it’s not a package system.”)

Is there any particular aspect you wanted to discuss?
