I subscribe to a couple of mailing lists as newsgroups via gmane.
Whenever I »post to the newsgroup« I want to write to the mailing list.
I use »wide reply« and edit the headers, always in danger of making an
embarassing mistake.

What I want is a command to reply/write to the mailing list.

Did I miss something?

In GNU Emacs 24.0.50.14 (x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.24.4)
 of 2011-07-11 on flo-laptop
Windowing system distributor `The X.Org Foundation', version 11.0.11001000
configured using `configure '--with-x-toolkit=gtk' 'CFLAGS=-march=core2 -msse2
-mssse3 -mcx16 -mfpmath=sse -O2 -pipe''

The to-address parameter is documented in the Gnus manual:
(gnus) Group Parameters

This type of question would be better asked on the user mailing lists
(address@hidden, address@hidden, address@hidden) first
before reporting as a bug.
