Hrm. I can make this change; the adding of bug-gnus-emacs@ to MFT is
probably a mailman specific setting that can be turned off too, and
then it will work properly.

I've added Mail-Followup-To to the messages debbugs.gnu.org sends out.
Currently, it is in addition to the Reply-To header it was already
setting. Perhaps it should just replace it.
