If the backup did not complete then the files that are in the 1.7T are the incomplete backup(s).  The manifest and signature files are probably missing from the backups, so all that's left is a set of difftar files that really do no good by themselves.  There is a recovery process at https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/DejaDup/Help/Restore/WorstCase#Restoring_by_Hand that appears to do what you need.  Let me know if it works for you.

unfortunately, I need my backup.

and unfortunately2 it was never fully completed. But, it is 1.7TB, which should cover most.

Unfortunately3 the recovery does not work now:

 

# export PASSPHRASE=undisclosed

# duplicity restore acd://DupliCity/ /srv/DataPool/tmp/restore

 

# ls /srv/DataPool/tmp/restore

Backups  RockOn_Configs  Video

# du -h -s /srv/DataPool/tmp/restore

2,2M    /srv/DataPool/tmp/restore

 

now here in the restore some Folders are missing. But also these folders don't contain the 1.7TB that the amazon cloud drive web-interface hows me.

 

What can I do?
