this currently breaks a setting of duply using '--exclude-if-present' for all duplicity calls including restore. as this parameter is utterly senseless on restoring i would at least have duplicity ignore it on restores.

the more roundup solution, which i want to suggest now, is to do the above plus showing log info about the currently not supported exclude parameter but have duplicity running nonetheless.
maybe i even find time to implement the in/exclusion for restoration (no guarantees though).

@ken: can i go forward?
