Juan,

The messages you are seeing are normal, "no sync needed" just means that
the metadata is the same in the local cache as in the remote store.

Duplicity backups are compressed and the incremental backups only store
the changes, not the full file.  If you are concerned that duplicity is
not operating correctly, then do a restore and verify the contents.  Let
me know if you have any problems.
