As far as I can tell, yes. I have not used specific keys (signing,
encrypting) before, though, so I cannot say for sure. I'm fairly
certain the --gpg-options should be left out, since you're not doing
anything with it.
Like I said, though, it's harder to help you without anything
specific. You haven't even stated what kind of answer you're looking
for. Are you just trying to make sure your command is syntactically
correct?
