The passphrase is specific to you key. You have to enter one when you
create the key, although you can type anything you like. Since you
aren't getting a pass phrase error, I assume that the problem is not
with the key.

Are you sure that the files are being backed up to the place you think
they are? It looks as though the backup has succeeded, so I would expect
the files to be on the destination somewhere.
