[Dragora-bug] D3: File system layout

Hi everyone

An important change have been pushed yesterday, I am talking about the 
file system layout for Dragora 3, commit: 
8ce5a292cecee5f60f8fcdb2d2457c6a94a74d80 which says:

The system now lives on /usr. You can read here[1] a bit of history, and 
the benefits that are provided in a distribution project, for 
example[2].

Note: This is not because Fedora is doing it, or to form systemd, this 
is to set up a simple model that works well.
