For Dragora 2.2 (codename rafaela) you should check 
http://mirror.fsf.org/dragora/dragora-2.2/ChangeLog.txt the changelog describe 
the packages that are added to the version 2.2, you should find the log number 
190, and from there look at the new packages upgrades.

I really don't know but I think it depens of what package are you trying to 
port, you should check its dependencies. maybe you will  need to port all the 
dependencies of the package you are trying to port.
