Details:

Apologies if this is not a bug.

I'm on linux:
Linux kernel 2.6.20.1 #1 Thu Feb 22 08:57:58 CET 2007 i686 GNU/Linux

Out of the box configuration of pnetlib-0.8.0 fails with:
configure: error: cannot run /bin/sh ./config.sub

Actually, I find that config.sub config.guess and ltmain.sh are symlinks to
system files:

config.guess -> /usr/share/libtool/config.guess
config.sub -> /usr/share/libtool/config.sub
ltmain.sh -> /usr/share/libtool/ltmain.sh

Since my libtool installation lives under /usr/local, I get the above
mentioned configuration error (after pointing the links to the correct
locations for my system, all works without problems).

I just wonder if this is correct, or may be the above links should instead
have been physically copied into the pnetlib-0.8.0 tree (as it was, e.g., for
the 0.7.4 version)

ciao
gabriele
