Summary:  TreeView node text: workaround needed to display last char

Original Submission:  
The last character of the text for
each node in a TreeView isn't rendered.

e.g.:
instead of showing the tree:
  hello
      abc
  xyz

only the follwing is displayed:
  hell
    ab
  xy

This wasn't the case about 2 weeks ago
(or perhaps even not one week ago).

This was more than likely introduced on 26.Oct.04 as that was when changes were 
made on the text layout calculator.

I can duplicate this on Linux/Xorg using latest CVS checkout compiled 
--enable-xft.  If I manually add 10 to width of GetTextBounds() in 
TreeView.cs:781 (prior to return) the fault is not exhibited.
