Summary:  Fix font size calculation

Original Submission:  The current font size calculation assumes Windows is 
normally using 108 DPI for font rendering which is wrong. All documents clearly 
state it's 96 DPI. So setting the PointSizeConversion float from 
System.Drawing.Xsharp.DrawingFont.cs to 96.0 fixes the font size.

Tested with MicroSoft Sans Serif at sizes 10, 50 and 100 with Windows XP via 
rdesktop and X Window at 1024x768 (80 DPI) and at 800x600 (75 DPI). Font sizes 
now match to the pixel.
