What I meant was the compiler cannot compile Pnetlib. So
we still need M$ CSC for compiling Pnetlib. So Portable.NET
as a whole (treecc+pnet+pnetlib) is not completely self
sufficent.(maybe I used the wrong words viz self-hosting)
