i have made this extension a long time ago and i dont think that this is compatible now.
i have no plans to update them.

I've found some interesting webservices on github :

What do you think of having two files (class & server.php) for each
webservice?

Maybe we should move files into directory for object... for example
htdocs/societe/webservices/server.php and
htdocs/societe/webservices/societe_ws.class.php
