imho one instead two tabs makes the handling easier and a status should be
enough as Regis mentioned.

I renamed the thread because question has nothing to deal with emailing.

So the question for users is :

What do you think of merging tab customer and prospect into one tab ?
Does someone whant to keep the two features isolated ?
