Yes, the "description" field in view mode. Please see attached screenshot.

Description:	Adding a link to a calendar event using the WYSIWYG editor appears as raw HTML on the event card. It is expected to appear as a link.

I can't reproduct on 3.7 beta.
Do you mean adding a link into the field "description" or another field ?
Into edit mode of event or into creation ?
