I am afraid I can list inactive contacts... Screenshot is attached.

Summary:	Searching for disabled contacts does not work
Description:	http://***/contact/list.php Using disabled status in the table search header always reverts to active. It's impossible to display disabled contacts.

We should also be able to display both at the same time, just like thirdparties.
