GORM problems starting it

Hello,

When I run GORM, at start, I got a box saying:

"Palette could not load nib/gorm ControlsPalette."

If I click the Ok Button, the box appears again saying:

"Palette contains wrong type of class"

clicking again on the Ok Button the Box goes away, but If i try to open 
a .nib, when I click on the Open Menu Item, GORM crashes and it also 
crashes clicking on the "New Application" Menu Item.
