I realized I am speaking to developers as audience, thus must stress I am speaking of GUI. So, what I mean is, if a user only need to do a click and getting automatically everything done, then they wouldn't be bothered if they sees "configure in progress. Trying to adapt the software to your system's environment", "making" and "installing" in place of traditional progress bar.
