great to see you back :-)

At FOSDEM I followed a talk about the new OpenSuse build system. 
http://fosdem.org/2010/schedule/events/dist_opensuse_buildservice (Yes they 
improved it once more) Now it is possible to integrate converters for different 
external build environments. The talk showed one that could build up a package 
description from an QT build. It would be great to have something similar for 
GNUstep make files. What I am thinking is a converter that takes a GNUmakefile 
for a GNUstep project (perhaps even for the core packages) and builds up a 
suitable package description for the OpenSuse build system. If this would work 
we could get packages for different environments from that server and any 
GNUstep application could be supported that way. No idea, whether this could 
really work, but I think it is the ideal job for Nicola to have a look.
