Rather than changing the name, it would be much better if both parties 
agree Terminal to be maintained at one place only -- be it Backbone, GAP 
or somewhere else.  And just merge the useful modifications.

Not only this would avoid natural user confusion, but it would also help 
distributors who face the dillema which one to ship.
