I also liked to be there very much! Great time to discuss and get new contacts.

Thanks to all who organized this event and thanks to Gerold for sponsoring the dinner!Hope to see you at next FOSDEM!My impression especially after your Developer's workshop to discuss future directions is very important. So, why not have a developer's meeting in between? E.g. twice a year? One time in February at FOSDEM and one time in late September after vacation season (incl. to plan organization of the FOSDEM meeting)?
Definitely sounds like a good idea...perhaps we should get something going on the wiki? Perhaps I should get an account on the wiki :-)
:-( I wasn't there... buhuhuh... couldn't get any airplane tickets... sh*t... Oh well, time to work on next year's fosdem then :-)Maybe, we could even find sponsors for such a developer's meeting. Let's assume that there are 10 people coming. Cost would be 10x50 EUR for accomodation (Hotel, Conference room)
:-) Remind me to get the URL of the hotel you use...I reckon if you're looking at using a hotel in or near a well-connected city then €60 per person/night is a low-end guess with €100 being closer to the mark, unless GNUstep dev meetings are particularly cosy affairs ;-) [*]. Add another €150 for a small conference room for a day.
[*] Of course that's just because you said hotel...I suppose that using something like a University campus you could get cheaper and September is still University vacation season (erm, it is here anyway).
Cheers, Graham.
