More NSURL testing :-)

Hi,

here's another test on NSURL, which (usefully) passes anyway...it  
simulates an HTTP/1.1 server which usually keeps the connection alive  
but occasionally sends Connection: close and drops the connection  
after sending the data.  If these tests get much more complex we'll  
end up actually shipping an HTTP/1.1 server in the test suite ;-)
