Windows Backend

Hi 

Find attached a patch that makes some small improvements to the windows
backend including:

* Better 24bit image support
* Slightly extended composite method
* Dashed-line handling (for selections)
* Some spelling corrections

I've found that at least the first two improvements help Camaelon run
better on Windows.
