Ticker.app goes asynchronous.

Hi folks,

first of all please disregard my silly message concerning GSXMLParser. I
was passing in a nil object. The message is showing up now, two days
later, after the followup message where I corrected myself.

I made the following changes to Ticker.app:

* All loads are now asynchronous (background loads); the application no
longer blocks during loads. I find this very useful at home, where I work
over a modem.
* Feed panel prettyfied.
* Check for missing "description" field in articles and signal it to the
user.
* Added "Edit" menu for interoperability with other applications.

I tested it quite a lot and it did not crash, but I cannot guarantee that
it will be perfectly stable.

Best regards,

Marko
