May i ask which XMLRPC framework you are talking about?
I never knew there was one, compatible with GNUstep...

I'm the author of Mulle XMLRPC which is around on GNUstep for quite some time now. I'd recommend using the SOPE related stuff though, as I've switched to that entirely and stopped working on Mulle XMLRPC. Mulle XMLRPC has a lot less dependencies than SOPE, though.
