Hi Andreas,looks like you are a prime candidate for testing the patch #3310 for GNUstep:
http://savannah.gnu.org/patch/?func=detailitem&item_id=3310This new make implementation for Windows should allow much better control of what gets linked and exported. And it gets rid of these old tools like dllwrap.
