Enter the following on the command line after sourcing GNUstep.sh:
defaults delete Gorm NSMenuLocations
This will cause the menu locations in preferences to be removed and
the next time Gorm is loaded it will reset to the top of the screen.
I'm not certain what's causing the actual creep, but I suspect a bug in
gnustep-gui.
