[objc-improvements-branch]: FYI: Yet another round of ObjC++ work committed

This time, I fixed C++ template support, methods with variable number 
of arguments (in _both_ ObjC and ObjC++!),
and protocol qualifiers:

Next, I'll do another merge from mainline.  After that, I'll finish off 
ivar access control.
