NSLanguages bug

HI folks,

I just filed a bug report for a bug that's been known for at least 
*fourteen* months. If NSLanguages is not set to something, GNUMail 
fails to display dates properly at all. This affects all new GNUstep 
users who check out GNUMail, and reflects poorly on Ludovic's amazing 
work, which I apppreciate very much. It has nothing to do with 
Ludovic, however, so I really really hope it'll get addressed before 
the next release.
