file, graphical or through defaults) in GNUstep?

-gui/-back already has logic for picking the "right" default font. The
default for back-art is Vera Sans if it is installed, otherwise FreeSans
if it is installed, otherwise Helvetica. (default for back-xlib is
Helvetica, and for back-winlib Tahoma)
