New ProjectCenter, After some testing...

It seems that it's very promising, though it contains some bugs(yes, 
it's in UNSTABLE branch :-)

I've found:
1. Old project center project file could not be opened.
2. Running tool does not work. (It says it cannot find path for NSTask)

But generally, it looks good. Cheers!
