Problem with GWorkspace 0.6.3 Inspectors

Is the following a known problem - or have I perhaps committed a well
known User Error???

When trying to use any of the Inspectors in GWorkspace (Tools -->
Inspectors --> anything), it doesn't bring up the Inspectors window.
Instead, if running from a terminal, it outputs:

2004-03-09 21:07:11.682 GWorkspace[1238] Exception occured while loading
model: expected object and got selector
2004-03-09 21:07:11.686 GWorkspace[1238] Failed to load Nib
2004-03-09 21:07:11.686 GWorkspace[1238] Inspectors Controller: failed
to load InspectorsWin!

Setup (newly built):

  gnustep-make-1.8.0
  gnustep-base-1.8.0
  gnustep-gui-0.9.0
  gnustep-back-0.9.0
  GWorkspace-0.6.3

I've checked the build output and can't see anything obviously wrong. Is
there any possibility there might be a duff nib file in the tar.gz?
