ProjectCenter menu items do nothing

Hi, all.

Just got gnustep, project center, and gorm all compiled and installed
under RedHat 7.3 (with the latest security updates, etc, applied).

Used the latest stable of everything (gnustep-base-1.8.0, back-0.9.0,
gui-0.9.0, make-1.8.0, gorm-0.4.0, projectcenter-0.3.5).

After sourcing /usr/local/GNUstep/System/Makefile/GNUstep.csh (tcsh
shell), I openapp ProjectCenter

I get the ProjectCenter main menu. Go to Project - select New. The New
menu item highlights and then immediately highlights. That's it. No
dialog boxes pop up. Nothing. Try Project - Open. Same. Try File - Open.
Same.

In fact, the only menu items that do anything are:
1. Hide - the app hides itself
2. Quit - a quit dialog pops up, and I can select Yes and the app quits.

Gorm does not have these problems and seems to work just fine.
