now that's silly and counter intuitive: If I right click/control click at 
some object, it should be obvious that I want to perform some action with 
that object and not with the object at the oposite corner of the screen 
which happens to be selected. 

Instead click/control click at some object should select the object 
clicked on and then open a context menu. That's how it works on both 
Windows and the Mac.
