I am able to open this using Gorm.   It is possible that you need to update to
the latest version of gui/base.   Also, I have done quite a bit of
fixing/refactoring over the last couple of months, so you may want to update
Gorm as well.

Attached is a screen shot showing the file loaded in the most current version
of Gorm as well as the screen loaded in GWorkspace.
