Those bugs were fixed a couple of days/weeks ago in Pantomime. You could
update to the CVS version of both GNUMail.app and Pantomime - they are
pretty solid as I plan to make a stable release from them soon.

You can safely ignore that info, it's just debug informations - it has
been 'removed' in the CVS version.

I haven't tested the maildir code in a while but it might require
optimizations. I've optimized the mbox handling code since the last stable
release and it's now pretty zippy. More optimizations are coming, of
course.
