Such documentation probably won't be available until after it's
actually released. Mac OS X 10.2 ("Jaguar") ships August 24, 2002.
That said, there's a set of conceptual overview slides that were
presented by Peter Graffagnino at SIGGRAPH 2002 at
<http://www.opengl.org/developers/code/features/siggraph2002_bof/sg2002bof_apple.pdf>.
