Ah... theres your probelm. You need to compile it under OSX and run it
there to translate the .nib file to a .gmodel file.

I'd reccommend checking out the latest version from CVS by the way,
thats what I use and it gives excellent results. Admittedly I am
using OpenStep 4.2 nibs not OSX ones, but it certainly does the job
for me. The only thing it wont do it pop-up menus unfortunately. I did
take a look at fixing this, but didnt get very far.
