ANN: Terminal.app v0.1.3

Hi,

After intensive testing by the folks in #GNUstep and #LinuxSTEP (thanks
all!), I decided it was time to release an early version of my
Terminal.app clone:

It's slow, but the terminal emulation should be fairly complete. emacs,
mc, and the ncurses tests work properly. You can set 'TerminalFont' and
'TerminalFontSize' to pick a font/size for the terminal (but set both if
you set either). The terminal emulation code is based on linux's console
driver, so it sets TERM=linux. xterm-color and vt220 seem to mostly work
too.

More speed, a preferences panel, scrollback, copy&paste and vastly
cleaner code is on the way! :)
