Ann: UI changes in ProjectCenter

Hi,

I made some changes in ProjectCenter, mainly UI issues:

  o A splitview 'divides' the browser from the component view
  o Removed unneeded icons
  o Icons are now bigger and come with a title to enhance usability
  o Build targets are set via a popup menu
  o Other, minor UI enhancements....:-)
