Release of GUI Libraries

Hi,

I don't know if it is a bug in the GUI library but I have noticed that when I 
am under WindowMaker, when I double click on bar of the application, the panel 
is hidden.

When I double click a new on the bar, the panel is diplayed a new.
The problem is, I have to wait a long time (3 to 10 seconds) to use the 
application a new !!
So its very boring !

Do you have this problem too ? 
Is it a GUI problem or an issue with the Gnustep server ?
