Many changes in the interface that now is identical to the openstep's one.

- to rename a file/folder select it and edit its name directly 
  in the icon label.

- a new file/folder now appears with the name "NewFile" or "NewFolder". 
  Its label is automatically selected so you can write in the new name.

- the browser now keep the position of the selected column 
  (doesn't set it anymore automatically to be te last column).

- to view the contents of an app, now you must select "Open as 
  Folder" from the "File" menu (or alt->O, or alt->double-click).
  This will open a new viewer rooted at the app's path.
  
Many bugs fixed, someone added...
