Nope.  NetBSD moved to ELF binaries, whereas OpenBSD retains a.out
format.

However, the shared libs problems with a.out seem to be solved as of 2.8

GS (base, GDL2) works on NetBSD.

OpenBSD is very similar to NetBSD I think.
