Hi Mike, Martin and Marcus,

I'll argue that from a mile high that changing MCR at runtime of a GR
flow graph is an *extreme* corner case: It de-facto requires teardown
of the UHD streamer, right (when else would you need it)? And that
really doesn't fit all too nicely with GNU Radio's streaming
architecture, right?

But, Mike, are we discussing the right thing here?

Still, I think Mike's original problem is the following:

* Generated Flow Graph with GRC
* Used Parameter block to specify parameter of a specific block
* said parameter never got set

That'd sound like a GRC bug more than anything explicitly related to
UHD.

Am I understanding your problem correctly, Mike?
