[Discuss-gnuradio] Next branch, yaml

Hi all !

I just succeeded to build gnuradio next on gentoo and ubuntu 18.04.

make test reports some errors I'll look for later.

In a next step I tried to move my oot modules to next and found that 
module description has changed from xml to yaml.

May be I missed some posts.

Is there a description of the new structure available ?
