[Discuss-gnuradio] cyclostationary feature detection for cognitive radio

I want to implement a blind cyclostationary detection algorithm for cognitive radio.

Is there any grc file or gnu radio module where I can start ? I am new to cognitive radio technology , so any kind of help is appreciated.
