This particular one isn't :) But yes, most antennas you can buy
e.g. off amazon work with both voltages.
Also, I'd wanted to mention that using an active GPS antenna is
usually preferable over a passive one. They drastically improve
SNR!

Gah! I didn't notice that.
But my impression is that most 3.3VDC GPS antennae are fine with
+5V. But, I wouldn't risk it.
