Inspectrum is in active development and is starting to have much greater
capabilities than just producing spectrograms.  Take a look at the
waveform branch in particular.  It is already using GNU Radio under the
hood for certain operations.  Once the waveform functions are completed,
it will be very close to meeting the goals of Tim's Offline Analysis and
Visualization Tools project suggestion.

I encourage anyone interested in this project to coordinate with Miek,
the author of inspectrum, and to plan the project as a contribution to
inspectrum with GNU Radio integration.  I also encourage you to look at
